At Vintage Records we do everything to make sure your parcel arrives on time.

Please note, in the event of industrial strike action by our delivery partners, parcels may be delayed.

The time frames below are estimates and subject to delays outside of our control.

Royal Mail Delivery: 4-5 days 

Returns 

If you are looking to return your purchase, it must be returned within 14 days from delivery for a full refund. 

We are unable to accept returns unless they can be deemed:

- Faulty
- Incorrect product
- Not fit for purpose
- If you receive an incorrect, faulty or unfit for purpose product, please do not dispose of said product. If the product has been disposed of, Vintage Records will be not able to replace or refund the product. 

Sale item(s) are non-returnable and non-fundable.

Please note that we do not offer a free return’s service. Returns costs must be meet by the customer.

Vintage records cannot be returned for issues that were pre-existing to purchase 

We clean, inspect and grade all of our records. Our prices reflect the grade of the records. All imperfections and scratches are posted in the listing. Refund is only valid if new scratches or issues happen to the product during delivery. Any scratches, marks or issues that are pre-existing to purchase are not a valid reason for return. Please refer to our record grading before purchase to ensure that you will be happy with the condition of the record you will be receiving.
